Acute kidney Disease

My mother is suffering with Kidney disease. Her creatinine is 1.83 and Blood urea Nitrogen is 28.0 . Her platelet count is 32k . She has lost her appetite and feel extremely weak even can not stand up without support. Also feel pain in lower part of leg. Under medication as advised by Nephrologist for last 2 weeks with hardly any improvement. Pl advise , how much time it takes to recover and what should be her diet.

Your mothers symptoms are disproportionate to Urea Creat levels. Get a CBC ESR Peripheral smear and Vitamin B12 level
