Acute and reoccurring candidiasis

My wife is suffering acute and reoccurring candidiasis (after mensuration). Consulted various doctors and under vaginal sensitivity culture test also. Micafungin, Amphotericin and Caspofungin are sensitive. Plz guide and confirm if this can be treated under mediclaim insurance.
