What should I prefer to reduce acne...? It also leaves black scars...small spots... How should I reduce them...? . . . ...Kindly Help...

Use salicylic acid based cleanser and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime. You might require oral medication as well if this doesn't work.
