Doctor my friend is having pimples n spots of the same on her face. She has tried almost everything but nothing worked out for her.

This is the problem of acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.Ask your friend not to touch her acne/pimples and should see a dermatologist for proper treatment. Stop using any kind of cosmetics.
