Hi, i am facing acne issue since few days and i noticed that due to some unavoidable circumstances i was unable to maintain the hygiene such as coming from the gym and not washing out the whole body therefore sweat remains under but now the acne appears over my body such on the elbow, thigh, few on butt and nearby private area where i can feel that due to tight underwear can create so much sweat remaining issue and legs as well. Kindly suggest me a cream or gel or anything rest ill take care of the hygiene part.
