Acne, open pores, white heads and dandru

I had gone to a dermatologist in 3 yrs ago regarding the said problems and he gave me acne aid face wash along with some medicine and shampoo and it got in control after that, but when recently i started to use the face wash for recurring acne, there was an allergic reaction. Please help

Acne has relapses frequently so stop the medication if I have any rash and take expert opinion
