Acne breakouts

I have open pores with dry skin and occasionally get acne. After getting Covid I have started experiencing too many acne on my face. I was advised to use tretinoin by a dermatologist but it made my problem worst. I got big pimples and acne all over my face. Currently I'm only using sebamed foaming facewash and HydraVo moisturiser. My skin looks very dull . Should I use a vitamin c serum ?

No harm in adding vit C serum to your daily skin care routine. But that itself won't solve your problem of acne or uneven skin.
Next Steps
Consult online for detailed evaluation and treatment can be given according to your skin needs

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
