Acne and oily skin not improving

Hello doctor, I have oily, acne-prone skin with frequent breakouts (mostly hormonal). Acne is around jawline, cheeks, face, forehead..in short everywhere. I used to get a lot of acne in my school and college but then it stopped. Now its again coming up. I work in IT sector with 10-12 hours screen time per day. I also have IBS-D, so I avoid oral antibiotics, but I manage my diet carefully and eat only suitable foods. Currently, I use Saslic DS face wash once daily in the evening and Sebamed moisturizer after that. In the morning I use Ethiglo face wash and Plum niacinamide serum, followed by sunscreen (Re’equil/Deconstruct). Still, my skin gets oily again within 1 hour, and acne/scars are not improving. Should I continue with Saslic DS and Ethiglo, or switch to a single daily gentle cleanser like CeraVe? What is the safest daily cleanser for oily, acne-prone skin in my case? Also, should I add vitamin supplement at night for hormonal acne (considering my IBS-D)?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
