I have been many small acne or pimples in my whole face which is severe from 1 yr i had used all medicine or treatment bt no one was worked on me. Plzz tell the solution which is cleared in one week. Plzz tell the solution

This seems to be problem with Blood impurity leading to acne. mahamnjishtadi Kada 2tsf twice day with 4 spoon of water will suffice
