Sir in my MRI report there is a written that ACl tear What type of tear is not written whether Gread 1,2, or 3 is not written Sir surgery is required or not

ACL is band like structure inside the knee which prevents certain movements . Lack of ACL can cause instability . Normal walking may not be affected but won't be able to play sports . ACL surgery is mainly to prevent further injuries and also to play sports .

Physio If instability persists needs surgery
