I have a complete ACL tear in my left knee since a year and looking forward to consultation...had consulted several doctors and gym instructors but still cannot get over the tear. I am a growing child and all my activities have stopped completely like games etc. Due to the tear.

ACL tear has to be repaired surgically in a Young active individual. 4 stranded hamstring graft repair is best  in results.. would advise u to go for it..

If your a c l tear hasn't healed properly, it will lead to instability and it will affect your daily activity
Next Steps
get clinical evaluation to correlate ur mri finding and if that is the case then you will require acl reconstruction arthroscopic surgery
