1)Present my age is 22 and i had acl tear from 5 years iam ready for surgery on next month ,..>...>..2) i am eligable for EmployeeHealthSceem(EHS) and the acl surgery is free of cost but my doctor told if i put some extra cost around 40 to 60 thousand ,some biadiograrable swrews and some bette "implants" were used for acl reconstruction>>> WHAT IS THE difference between ehs provide implants provided by a government and , extra cost implements which one of them is better ?? Is government EHS provided are bad ?>3)and my last question is iam a lso a good played heavly sports person what implants are better for me ,what would be the cost of best implants in urs cost??

There are three types one is steel,titanium, and bioabsorable both steel and titanium are not absorbed in bone after few years but bioabsorable will absorb into bone after few years but when you compare strength bioabsorable is good and if any revision surgery after somany years bio screw is helpful

Yes ..under EHS the package is too less to get any Arthroscopy ACL..u can consult doctor at OMC OR GMC hyd...ALL Inside ACL is best approach but quite expensive .also we have to see ur KNEE XRAY to see any arthritis in ur joint..Wear knee brace...ice packs sos..

Go for arthrex tightrope endobutton with bioabsorbable screw. .this one is best in the market. Suppose if president trump also have acl tear then he will be fixed with this only.
Second choice is Smith n nephew.
But I recommend you to go for arthrex ..I use this only at apollo spectra.
There is two type of surgery..1) single bundle 2) double bundle..
