Dear patient , Yes u may need surgery as u are young i.e. but that will be  only decided after clinical examition because sometime MRI report is misleading... Surhery- Arthroscopy ACL Reconstruction with hamstring (st/gracalis) Autograft with meniscus repair/partial meniscectomy.... with meticulous preoperarive knee Rehabilation programme .. Please u can cosult me for openion or further management (i practices at ghatkopar and andheri) or any other Arthroscopy and Orthopedic suregeon thank u
