ACL surgery
I underwent ACL surgery using Hamstring tendons along with partial meniscus removal one month ago. Please suggest suitable supplement tablets for faster recovery and tendons regrowth. Tendocare tablets will be beneficial for me ?? Collagen peptides type 1 or type 2 which one is more helpful?? I shall be really thankful for your guidance.
There is no proven scientific data that collagen peptides or other tendocare tabletd help in ACL surgeries.
Already your ligament is replaced by hamstring tendon.
Now this tendon should undergo process called ligamentization which happens in coming 4-6months
So do your ACL rehab properly and religiously.
You will back to sports after 6months if you do good rehab.
