Doctor said to operate for ligament whether I go for titanium bolt or imported button system or melting bolt system which one is better and durable

Results with all systems of fixation are similar. The advantage with melting bolt is that it doesn't need to get removed at a later date. Imported buttons system and melting bolt system are more expensive than titanium bolt. Ultimately it depends on which one you can afford.
