Sir it's almost a month from my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY hamstring graft (Autograft) is used. Swelling is still there. Physiotherapy is on and very painful. How much time it takes for the swelling to go down???

It ll take 6 weeks - 6months for this to resolve completely. Depends on how religiously you are doing your physio and ice packs. The more time you spend building up your quadriceps muscle bulk, the faster you will see tge swelling go away. The swelling above knee looks more probounced due to muscular atrophy of thigh muscles. Consult your orthopaedic and physio. All the best
