I have uploaded the MRI Reports of left Knee. Please help me to get the recovery procedure or tips.Thanks in advance.

You probably need arthroscopic assisted surgery for articular reconstruction because you have a depressed articular fracture with 2mm depression. ACL can be proved and visualised at same time.
