I had 1.ACL rupture , 2.Peripheral longitudinal bucket handle tear of Medial Meniscus, 3.Complex tear of body of Lateral Meniscus, by an injury while playing basketball as on 12/1/16 for which undergone a surgery as on 18/1/16 . In surgery 1. ACL has been reconstructed with quadrupled hamstring graft usding Femur Tightrope RT implant (Arthrex , USA) & 7x23mm, Tibial Bioscrew (Arthrex, USA) 2. Partial lateral menisectomy 3. Medial Meniscus Repair (Meniscus Cinch, Arthrex, USA) Then I had Tab Cefutum 500mg ( twice a day ) ,Tab PAN 40 ( twice a day ) ,Tab Ultracet ( thrice a day ) upto 7days from the the date of surgery . No knee bending was performed for 2 weeks. ie upto 2nd Feb Operated leg is non weight bearing with elbow curtches for six weeks ie: upto 2nd march
