ACL GRADE III TEAR BASED ON LATEST MRI

In 2004 I suffered ACL TEAR in right knee while playing tennis. At that time suspicious ACL TEAR was detected. Today I undergone MRI again report shows GRADE III ACL TEAR. As such I am not having much pain, and knee is pretty stable while walking and climbing stairs. I am 40 yrs male.

In grade 3 there is no pain. But joint laxity is more. So if you dont want surgery then you will continue physiotherapy for muscle strengthening and follow do's n dont under guidelines of physiotherapist
