Is it possible to do acl augmentation by only making two hole in the knee. And besides two hole no cut or hole in the leg?

Augmentation means reconsturcting additional ligament to support or augment the native ACL. Although the procedure is done with 2 holes, the graft needs to be harvested using separate incision . So practically, doing the procedure with only two holes seems impossible.
