Acidity and white mucus in stool

Doc, I apparently had food poison last to last week. Had vomitted and loose motion for several times. I got cured, but having  hyper acidity. Also from the same time I am witnessing white mucus coming along the stool in different amounts. Kindly guide me through.

Mucus in the stool could be due to infection. you can take metronidazole 3 times daily for 7 days along with rabeprazole 20 mg once daily to reduce the hyperacidity.

Light diet home made. Better to go with curd rice, curd poha, semiliquid khichadi porridge rice dal plane, upma idali with white chatani. Banana as fruit at present no mango. Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach for seven to ten days. Mucaine gel 10 ml without water three times a day. No relation with food it's instant. OZ tab two times a day after food for five days.( Mucus in stool) Plenty of water n liquid. Salad.buttermilk is beneficial.
