Acid reflux

2022-09-12 08:24:00
Have been suffering from acidity from a couple of months. Feel discomfort around the heart area from time to time. Usually early morning, or if there is a gap of 4--5 hours between meals. Had visited hospital and ECG didn't show issues with heart. Was on antacid course for 10 days. The pain is not too problematic. But can last for a few hours. Haven't been having issues while sleeping. Currently eat all home made food. But don't face issues particular after eating. Only when I go without food for a considerable amount of time.

Which antacid you have taken ? Don’t skip meals as you have developed GERD. Take small meals frequently. Complete a proper treatment and have a healthy diet style to cure it.
