I Have started a sitting job 2 months back. Whenever i sit on my office chair both of my elbows pain severely as soon as i put my elbows on armrest. There is great pain in my finger tips as well. Kindly advice. Even after taking break for 10 minutes every hour doesn't help.

You have described pain in both elbows and fingertips on sitting for long duration of time. This can happen due to: - Deficiency of calcium - Deficiency of Vitamin D3 or Vitamin B12 - Pressure on the nerves in the neck, leading to pain in the hands, called 'cervicalgia'
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon Get blood tests done to assess any deficiency Xrays of the neck/elbows may be needed May need to undergo physiotherapy
Health Tips
- Maintain proper posture at your sitting job, eg. keep the monitor at eye level - Get up after every 40 mins and do some stretching exercises - Include calcium rich foods in your diet, eg. milk, yogurt, finger millet, figs, etc.
