AC and FL at 5 percentile for 34+5 weeks

I'm currently 34 weeks 5 days pregnant and had my growth scan today. Both AC and FL are at 5 percentile and GA as per AC, FL, BPD and HC is 33 weeks 1 day. Is this normal?
