ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT HIGH

My father has ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT 736 (range 40-440) and  EOSINOPHIL 9.9% (range 1-6) Is this deviation is some serious pblm.. Pls help me out

HELLO, ALLERGIC CONDITION EITHER RELATED TO SKIN OR RESPIRATORY SYSTEM. IF U HAVE ANY OTHER WISE IT SOLVE BY ITSELF. TREATMENT TAB UNICARBAZONE FORTE TWO TIMES A DAY,HETARZAN 200 THREE TIMES A DAY OR BENOSIDE FORTE TWO TIMES ANY ONE. N TAB MONTUK LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR TWENTY ONE DAYS. OK
