4 days ago, I was diagnosed with an abscess on my neck beside my Adam's apple. Doctor suggested 5 days of medication - LyserD and Actclav 625. Is there any home treatment for the abscess? Is Incision/ surgery the only way out? Please find attached the image of my abscess. Kindly suggest what I should do. There are 3 days remaining for my medications to end after which the doctor had asked me to revisit and decide about incision. Thank you

it goes away easily with medicines, please continue those medicines., however , you might need some other antibiotics for the same., it usually takes about 7-10 days for the abcess of this size to heal properly
