Hello there.....well what kind of exercises were you doing....like did you do free crunches,or weight crunches....or did you do leg curls...or you did curls on an inclining bench?
Are you used to doing exercises?
What is your weight and height?
Have you undergone any surgical procedure in the past?
Answers to these are necessary so as to know...did you get a muscle pull or have some other injury.
Sometimes skipping warm up can cause lot of problems ....are you having pain when you are breathing in deeply?
Next Steps
any pain or muscle pull which happened bcos of excessive strain should be at a minimum pain level by 72hrs ie 3 days.
Health Tips
If you are getting pain on 5th day as well....so it does require medical attention.
