Hi thanks for you r query. U v to plan your diet,work out,free hand exercises, yoga etc very rightly,timely. Take 3200kcal/day diet this means high calorie meal plans. Take cereals, pulses,sprouts, bazra, maize, etc take 150gm aprx.protien mainly animal also plant side must. Fibres,fruits mainly banana, grapes, Apple,seasons all.all greens vegetables. All must be well planned.
