Gud afternoon pls share your detail dietary habits, strength or muscle mass gaining exercises doing or not, sleep is proper in night or not etc pls share everything. Pls I suggest always to have a healthy balanced diet to have with some form of muscle mass gaining exercises like cardio, as well as focus on lifestyle modification to gain weight.
