  4. About weakness by stressed. Can i do?

From last 35 days I was stressed due to that I have hiv or not...But after being tested for HIV  now I am confident that I don't have HIV but...Now I have fatigue sometimes muscle ache , sometimes upper side knee pain...Not standing confidentially on foot...Etc... What can I do? Please suggest some medicine or booster
