hello.. urine problems may be due to any urinary tract infections,kidney or ureter stones any bladder infection...and sometimes if there are any underlying conditions like diabetes..it may also be a prob..so kindly consult a physician first...then they will assess you and direct you to surgeon or urologist if required.

what i would suggest if surgery has been done go to your primary surgeon if you stay in the same city for follow up.otherwise visit a gynaec who will afyer ruling out any problem refer her to physician or urologist as the case may be. most probably it is just a urinary infection all the same in view  of her age dont take matter into your hand.
