About taking wrong capsules

I accidently took capsules which are associated with rickets or something I dont know what will happen. Will it affect me very much or it will be fine if only once it happened?

Kindly provide name of medicine. Also rickets occurs in growing children. You are 19 years old, your bones have grown.. no rickets now. But provide name of medicine for riskof other possible side effects or toxicity.
