Hi mam, My skin type is normal and age is 33 , so many brands sunscreen is available in this market, so please refer ine good moisturizer and sunscreen for normal skin and suitable for summer and winter. How to maintain good health skin?? All are told CTM process, toner is good for daily use??

Hello. While selecting a sunscreen, make sure its broad spectrum, should have SPF 40 above, use 3 full finger quantity, reapply every 4 hours. Also apply 20 minutes before going out.

Sunscreen is a part of our basic skin care regime . You should decide the Sunscreen based on your skin type. Your Sunscreen should have a minimum spf of 50. And you must use it regularly,  even when you're indoors. Firstly you should wash face with a daily care face wash . And then moisturize well .
