Can masturbation make existing minor stricture worse? Or can excessive masturbation cause the stricture?  Please help doctor.

Masturbation doesn’t lead to stricture per say. However, the thick semen may lead to pain while passing through the narrow , strictured urethra and may occasionally cause edema of the stricture portion , with subsequent fibrosis and further narrowing.
