As after returning from hospital on the 7th day ,she got fever despite having antibiotics and as Dr ha said to operate the fistula as soon as possible since it seems that before 16th it's not possible so can she wait till 16th as she is facing fever but she is on antibiotics?

Chance of sepsis is always there in any treatment , yes just follow ur treating doctor. Because it needs personal visit to doctor and thorough Physical examination. Consulting online won't be better at this circumstances.  Visit ur treating doctor or nearby hospital.  Yes sepsis can return without any doubt. Have to upgrade antibiotics as per hospital policy and cultures.

See the reason for sepsis is infection of fistula. So unless you remove the focus of infection, the sepsis will recur. So it’s important that you get it operated as soon as possible.
