I have done extraction due to gross caries. After extraction 10 days over there some mild discomfort there . I have done x ray . If any remaining root tips are there ..plz help...

There is no root tip remaining in the extraction area.its just extraction socket.for complete relief,it will take around 2 weeks. Avoid hot,spicy foods.
