Is it good to start a Folic acid tablet like MCBM-L tablet before conceiving pregnancy or does it has any side effects?

Yes it is good to take Folic acid tablet or mcbm l s these are prenatal vitamins and are used to prevent neural tube defects in the foetus ..however I would suggest to take either of them and not both
