Hello Doctors... I had 5 months baby. I had pimples during pregnency. Now only marks are there. I hap pigmentation on my nose from 1 month. I consultated dermatologist. They suggested azobril 15%, aquosoft moisturizer, ahaghlow facewash and UV duox mineral sunscreen. My skin type is dry. I applied azobril cream at night once on marks and pigmentation. Should i use sunscreen. Is UV duox mineral sunscreen good for dry skin? Is all these are safe to dry skin? Small red  blister comes after applying bit large amount of azobril.

You can use sunscreen,  but if it causes any problem, stop it.

Hi there. Small red blisters after applying a generous amount of Azobril 15% indicate acute contact dermatitis and a damaged skin barrier.   Immediately discontinue Azobril and AHA-based washes until the skin settles, focusing solely on gentle hydration with your moisturizer. Daily sunscreen is mandatory to stop pigmentation from worsening; pairing UV Doux over a rich layer of Aquosoft will prevent it from drying out your skin.   For a guided evaluation of the rash and a safe, customized postpartum skincare prescription, feel free to book a direct consultation with me on Practo, or message directly on WhatsApp at six three six nine four six zero five seven seven.

Use sunscreen daily; a broad-spectrum SPF 30–50, fragrance-free and moisturising, is suitable for dry skin, with reapplication outdoors. Apply the prescribed cream only as a thin layer to the marks, not over a large area. Red blisters suggest irritation or allergy—stop it until your dermatologist reviews it, and do not apply on broken skin. Moisturise regularly and avoid picking or scrubbing.
Next Steps
Please contact the prescribing dermatologist about the blisters before restarting the cream. You may also book a consultation with me on Practo if the irritation persists or the pigmentation is spreading.
