About nabothian cyst of size 2.8*2.2cm

Actually she has nabothian cyst of size 2.8*2.2cm .She has small lymph nodes on the lower back side of neck and has always low BP and yes she is married . What is the reason behind this all ?

Your description is all messed up. Nabothian cyst is on the cervix of the uterus. Neck is somewhere else. The lymph nodes in the neck region have nothing to do with Uterus. BP has nothing to do with any of these. And your being married is not related to any of these three.
