Sir can you tell me Is it possible that MRI scan is not able to detect cancer when FNAC is showing presence of cancer

Less likely..mri picks up well..but you have to give details of fnac from which part and what is the history so as to guide you better..there are other investigations too like a pet scan to confirm if needed
