Hello...I m pregnant and started having Mother dairy low fat milk to avoid extra fats.Am I in the right path or not by considering me and my baby's nutritional requirements in this time ???

If you are in your first trimester than it is ok to have it. But I will suggest skim milk in 2nd and 3rd trimester of your pregnancy for foetus to be healthy.

During pregnancy, one needs lot of nutrients. For that, I need to see which trimester you are into. Your weight , current food habits etc. With all of this, diet plan can be made for pregnancy You can have milk no issue but that isn't sufficient during pregnancy
