Hello there, yes you should lactodex sachet . Give 1 sachet dilute in 25 ml of expressed breast milk. Do not mix with formula feed milk. Give with katori spoon, not with bottle. You can initially give every 6 hrly, to check weather your tolerates . If your bbay is tolerating well with no vomiting and abdominal fullness, you can increase frequency of HMF sachet to alternate feeds. So 6 sachets in a day. You can give till wt gain is around 2.5 kgs
