About Kidney problems

I have no BP or blood sugar. But as I having such weakness, obesity, swelling for last 25 days .I am diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2. Also high uric acid. And creatinine is 1.3 . Now I am on medication of uric acid . Yesterday my urine test has been done (reports attached) . Is there any sign of kidney damaged according to reports? What kind of precautions should I take? Please suggest. Thank You
