HELLO! pain after wisdom tooth extraction could be due to: 1. dry socket 2. underlying bone exposure. 3. gingival recession of adjacent tooth dry socket can be treated with antibiotic coverage, application of alveologel and salt water rinses. underlying bone exposure can be treated by alveologel. gingival recession of adjacent tooth can be treated by sensitive gel.
