About HIV test

I did HIV1  PCR QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE TEST at 23 rd day of exposure .. Quantitative result is not detected and Quantitative results is o copiece detected or TARGET NOT DEFECTED ...I have done HIV ELISA HIV1 AND HIV2 test at 29 day ...Both are non reactive..I have mouth sore ...Is that due to stress from back 15 days...Is I am free now about worrying??
