Yes medomol (paracetamol) can be given every 6 hours for 2 days if there is fever. Dose is as per weight

Always check the temperature before giving paracetamol. Paracetamol dose depends on the weight. 15mg per kg 6th hourly if temperature more than 100 F for 2-3 days for fever due to vaccination. If the baby is underweight or if the temperature is too high or any other unusual symptoms the baby may require check up.

Mild fever after vaccination is common, even in premature babies. Keep baby well fed and monitor: • Poor feeding • Breathing difficulty • Excessive sleepiness • Persistent high fever If any of these occur, contact your pediatrician immediately.
