My wife did an ultrasound today, there is a fetel node (6mm) but no cardiac activity in 7 th week. What should I do, am I waiting or do something

It will depend on what is the last menstrual day. Usually till 7.5 weeks from LMP , if there is no cardiac activity , it signifies missed pregnancy

U need to repeat the ultrasound scan after 1 week. If still no cardiac activity means it is missed abortion. She need to go for abortion then
