One slightly abnormal report cannot diagnose kidney disease; results must be interpreted with your full history, blood pressure, medications, and repeat tests. Do not panic, but do not ignore protein in urine; arranging a follow‑up with your physician in the next few days to weeks for repeat testing and full assessment is important.

You haven’t included your weight. The creatinine level is at the upper end of normal range for most labs. It can be falsely up with muscle building supplements. If that is the case nothing to be concerned and simply have blood tests in few weeks ****If you are not taking any muscle building supplements then, you need further tests: 1. Blood pressure check, 2. Blood tests- HbA1C, Liver function test, CBP, ESR, Lipid profile, ANA, Immunoglobulins, ANCA, anti-GBM, C3&C4, Hepatitis B & C, HIV 3. Urine- Albumin/Creatinine ratio and Urine Protein/Creatinine ratio 4. Scan- ultrasound abdomen and pelvis 5. See a Kidney specialist **** All the best J G S R clinic
