I generally feel tighter breast before my menses But after getting period they get back to their normal But this time i got my period 10 days late and after periods i feeling my right breast is little heavy and tighter than other with occasional very little pain or no pain Does it cause of any concern??

No there is nothing wrong..second half of menstrual cycle some women may experience breast pain occasionally..this is due to progesterone effect..if u still feel pain or swelling ..please do a bilateral mammogram after a clinical examination
