Three year back I met a road accident while I was riding my bike. Then I had leg fractured and during treatment I knew about bone density. I had low density so doctor had prescribed some medicine. Now I want to improve this with help of my normal diet and wanted to go with some routine test to observe the improvement. I am a vegetarian so please suggest the suitable diet and what all test are available for bone density let me know.

Hello.. I don't think there is a neevof checking bone density at your age...we usually recommend it above the age of 40...you Need to have calcium rich food like milk, egg, ragi etc. ..do not worry mmuch about it...fracture is a pathological phenomena....thank you
